  5 days to ship, no crank fixing bolt supplied for preload, no mention of anywhere in the listing that it was an OEM sale (should still not have any parts missing) then tried linking me a direct link to return the item outside of ebay rather than fix the missing part they should have provided, useless company, just straight up avoid, worst purchase experience by far in years, all messages were replied to in a snarky manner, but who cares, they got my cash didnt they, just avoid this business

  Hello, When you contacted us to raise an issue, we tried to resolve this as quickly as possible providing you with a free returns label to get the item back to us and ship you a new one. Rather than letting us resolve this however, in your words you would rather 'drop the negative', so unfortunately there was not much more we could do to help you in this case!   didnt offer me a "new one" upon return as they state, nor offered me the missing part, so not only do they ship items with missing parts they also lie and seem quite happy to do so, yet more money to now be spent replacing the missing part they failed to supply

  Ordered a set of wheels, one wheel arrived not built, sent it back for them to rebuild, two weeks later it arrived, got promised a different driver for the hub to fit my bike, wasn’t fitted to the bike despite being told it was by the mechanic, got told the driver was in the box, which it wasn’t- basically got called a liar. Customer service guy Dave was great but no resolution to their mess up, or amount of time I had to wait, or the fact the driver wasn’t included - hence negative feedback

  Hello, We are really sorry about the initial mix-up of being sent one of your wheels unbuilt. This was a supplier error that was missed at the point of dispatching your wheels. We did organise collection of the unbuilt wheel and send you out a replacement wheel as quick as we could, but I can totally understand your frustration. The extra driver you requested as a gesture of goodwill appears lost in transit but unfortunately was the only one we had in stock, so we were unable to replace this.
