    This seller was great to work with, he communicated well, the product arrived in fine shape and as described and the price was fair. The shipping by USPS was horrible. Folks avoid this shipping option, they are expensive and slow and really don't give a dang. If you have an issue, you can't rate them, nor complain. Zero stars for USPS and five stars for the seller.

    A good price for a genuine KMC 12 speed chain. This chain is a nicely plated, and well constructed, like all KMC chains, but is bulk packaged, not in retail packaging. No worries here, I would just throw the packaging away. Even though it is a bulk chain, it comes with a quick link. The algorithm wants me to type more, but this is about all I have to say. Good bye. A+ seller. They ship out super quick, no problems. This is probably the 3rd order I've placed with them over the years.

    experience with seller was positive. Item was shipped promptly and item was as described. My issue lies with the Global shipping programme. Not only is it expensive (in a lot of cases prohibitively so), but the shipping time is slow. I thought it would offer some benefit, but there are none. Sellers need to know that it is doing them a disservice and potential lost sales.

    Great transaction Bikesmiths - thanks! I ordered a 4-pack of Kenda bicycle inner tubes at a very fair price and quickly received them. All good - but one of the tubes had a defective valve that would not close or hold the air. When I discovered it, I messaged Bikesmiths and they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and sent another tube. I'm very impressed with Bikesmiths and will not hesitate to recommend or shop with them in the future. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, on this order I received the wrong size order, but they were prompt in responding to my return request and assisting me in reordering the correct size.
