Because we want to go to ski-holiday I Ned the new Highback in just a few days. So I asked if they can send me the new items by the same day (to Germany). Everything was no problem.     Guten Tag zusammen, ich hatte mit meiner Bindung ein Problem und habe nirgends die passenden Ersatzteile gefunden. Auf meine Anfrage hat sich hier ein Mitarbeiter der Sache sofort angenommen und die Ersatzteile für meine Bindung besorgt und mit in den Shop aufgenommen. Als die Ersatzteile im Shop waren wurde mir auch sofort Bescheid gegeben.
