After contacting the seller and providing pictures they straight away offered a replacement or a refund and received the replacement blind super fast so overall would recomend for greatprice/service

I highly recommend this company.

Emailed seller who responded almost instantly and said they would send fixtures but it may take a few days. They arrived a lot quicker than expected. The blind is very good quality and easy to trim. Definitely using this seller again. I can’t recommend them highly enough for product and customer care.

At 2.02pm I took a look at the tracking, which said the van was at the end of my road. It was.) If only some other furnishing retailers could deliver as well as this (above all, IKEA!)
