    Spear and Arrow is a family run micro business based in Co Antrim Northern Ireland. We make all our products by hand and use only locally sourced Irish and British cattle bones and have full traceability from farm to fork. Most people who have tried to make their own bone broth tell us they hated the smell of it cooking or it took too long. Well let us do all the hardwork for you. Our cooking process from start to end is 3 days as our bones are roasted then simmered for 24 hours giving enough time for the bones to break down and release all the bone marrow and gelatine into the broth.

    All our products are 100% natural which we are passionate about perserving. Our broth products are high in collagen and protein, low in fat and have no added salt.

    We are passionate about natural ingredients for natural healing having gone through 3 years of cancer treatment I added natural therapies and diet to my conventional oncology treatment and thankfully say I am hear to tell the tale.
