  Very positive experience, item was exactly as described and the seller kept me informed. The price was cheaper than many others. At first I thought it had been incorrectly described as it seemed cheap for a proof version, but I was proved wrong and the only difference from other proof versions was there was no box, but why pay 50% more just for that. Items were well packaged and postage was reasonable. Would definitely consider buying again.

  Item as described. Seller communicated well, but was very unhelpful regarding changing postage mode to Royal Mail Tracked 48 to accommodate my disability. Well packaged. Fast dispatch and delivery. Combined postage could have been a lot cheaper if they had gone with the mode of delivery I requested for my disability. (Also, not liking eBay adding £3 buyer protection to the total, as it is unnecessary when Royal Mail use barcodes to prove delivery has taken place).

  I received the four items in good time but unfortunately one item was duplicated and one date was missing. I contacted Jo and advised him of this which he immediately apologised for and offered me either a refund for that item or a return at his cost and replacement with the correct date which I accepted and which I am currently waiting to receive.
