  Ordered a HP G5 USB-C dock in used condition from this seller, the description noted that the cable from the dock was kinked, but no mention of it effecting the device’s function. Unfortunately, the kink in the cable made the device lose connection to the laptop at random. Messaged the seller, he instantly issued a partial refund covering the cost of a replacement cable - I now have a functional device again. Quick postage, packaged very well.   Packaging — arrived in a deck of cards of box; would have preferred in a plastic sleeve to protect the card as it arrived more battered than it was. Other than that, love the card as it part of my collection. Good value given that it’s vintage so will buy again from seller, many thanks 😊

  As described and very well packaged, only problem was with the terrible EVRI, package was left by the front door in view of all the thieves where I live, no knocking on the door just lef,, In future I will be asking if sellers are using EVRI, if they do I will not be buying from them, DO NOT USE EVRI EVER
