Here at the button box we hope you find things you love! We package properly. We post quickly. We are honest with our listings and try to be as helpful as we can. Messages are answered!.
Our packaging chips are 100% biodegradable (if you are not going to re-use you can compost them).
Our cardboard and boxes are all re-used.
We are currently trying to find a greener alternative to bubble wrap (that works as well).
We have changed our dispatch time to 3 days to avoid making journeys to town for single items (we live in the country). Most of the time the dispatch will be same day or one day.
We are happy to reduce prices for bulk orders.
We will always combine postage where it is possible.
