  Placed an order. Received order. Packed beautifully. My order was missing oneplate. I received 6/7. Contacted seller. Seller received email and said she’d check stock and get back to me shortly. Nothing more that day. I needed to find another plate to complete set, which I did from another seller. Emailed again to see if she found the plate and that I had another seller that did if she couldn’t find it. Nothing. Finally a day later she couldn’t find the plate and refunded for the missing plate.

  The casserole dish and lid were well wrapped but sadly the dish cracked during shipping. The seller was super fast to respond and refund my purchase. Very sad that the dish cracked but love that I made the connection with this seller and their shop!!
