I did have an issue with ram not seated correct causing a ‘no signal’ error message. Sorted after YouTubing the error, contacted the seller and a very quick response on a Saturday afternoon and apology which was nice. This could have happened in transit and come loose. Very happy, would recommend seller with full confidence. My only gripe would be no documentation with parts included but this maybe coz this is all online these days.
