    The item arrived quickly, but unfortunately one of the pieces was broken beyond repair despite being packaged well. I reached out to the seller to see if there was anything that could be done and they responded immediately with sincere apologies. The seller did everything they could to ensure the item was packed well, but still refunded half the purchase price to make up for the loss. I can’t explain how much that meant. The other bowl is beautiful! Exactly as described! Wonderful seller!
