I started "The Deal Leader" in 2001, originally under the name, "Gotta Love Movies" with a strong focus on great deals, and a personal customer service. I began my company shortly after I got married, and came to the realization that I could not support a family earning minimum wage. With some natural skill at finding deals, a credit card advance and not much more, I put every ounce of my energy into making my business work. Whatever it took, failure was a luxury that I could not, and can never afford. My hard work has paid off and not a minute too soon, since I was blessed with twin baby boys in 2004. Received the Back to the Future hoverboard in a thin cardboard box that offered no protection, resulting in significant damage to the collectible box. The item’s packaging is crucial for collectors, but the seller dismissed concerns and assumed no responsibility for the damage. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, communication ceased. Very disappointed in the lack of care for the item’s condition and the seller’s response. Buyers, please be cautious.

I apologize for the hassle. We shipped the item double boxed, inside a brown cardboard box and a second retail box. As proven by the item arriving without any damage, this usually keeps the items safe during transit. If the item is damaged, we would be happy to accept a return, and exchange it for you. But unfortunately we do not have any extra boxes that we can send you, and we do not replace damaged shipping boxes with other boxes.

Poster did not come shipped very well. Shipping box dented in the center. Flimsy box to be shipping something like this in. The poster has dents running up the entire center from bottom to top. Disappointed. Paid $425. Messaged seller. No response.

here's the condition of the collectibles we buy from this seller. Unprotected parcel and on top of that, the box contains holes that are not from the delivery. The seller sold me his defective products at a premium. $65 for delivery, but where did the $65 go, not to protect the packaging in any case.

I apologize, this international order was handled by Ebay's international shipping program, where I ship it to their US warehouse and they ship it internationally from there.I did not charge any shipping fee for this order, the $65 fee was charged by ebay,The hoverboard was shipped inside 2 boxes for protection, and sometimes especially with international shipments, damage can happen.I am sorry that there was a hole in one of the boxes, but the actual item you purchased was not at all damaged.
