About us

I started "The Deal Leader" in 2001, originally under the name, "Gotta Love Movies" with a strong focus on great deals, and a personal customer service. I began my company shortly after I got married, and came to the realization that I could not support a family earning minimum wage. With some natural skill at finding deals, a credit card advance and not much more, I put every ounce of my energy into making my business work. Whatever it took, failure was a luxury that I could not, and can never afford. My hard work has paid off and not a minute too soon, since I was blessed with twin baby boys in 2004.     It took the company an entire week to ship the item we ordered, which was quite disappointing. When we reached out to inquire about the delay, they offered a rather unconvincing excuse, claiming that USPS took longer than usual to accept and deliver the package. This explanation felt more like a way to deflect responsibility rather than a genuine reason for the holdup. Given our previous experiences with timely shipping, this was not the level of service we expected.

    Item arrived as described and it was very well packaged. I dont like to give negative feedback so I didn't because it arrived in great condition. BUT PLEASE improve on getting things to the shipper. It shouldn't take 2 weeks for that to happen. People are paying decent prices for these autographed items, it would be nice to see them shipped in a timely manner. I truly love the autographed Pop. Thank you very much.
