  Oh my goodness! This seller is top drawer. It turns out the items were damaged in shipping (ie one plate was broken in two) and I have NEVER had a seller so quickly apologize and offer a full refund, which she did promptly. There was no “you need to file a claim with the USPS” or any hassle. They were well wrapped in bubble wrap- it was just a case of the box being abused in transit. I will jump at a chance to purchase from her again!
