    Not happy with dispatch time, ordered on the 22nd May no tracking until the 28th May arrived the 2nd June, very unhappy as this coffee not available locally so had to do without my favorite coffee for nearly two weeks. Good communication apologised profusely when I questioned dispatch time but still took 12days from order to delivery

    I did not receive the item I purchased, says it has been delivered but I do not have it and the tracking says I am putting in the wrong postcode, so there has clearly been an error sellers end. Contacted seller, initially seemed helpful, but they didn't follow up, so I had to chase them, they then said they issued a refund which I have not received. Well over a month later, I do not have the item I ordered and I have lost nearly £30. Totally unacceptable.

    The seller sent the wrong item and tried his best to fob me off. I found his attitude to be rude. He kept asking me to take pictures of the item, label and said he would look into it and then radio silence for ages. I think he was trying to string me on to beyond the time I could get a refund. I went back to Amazon for a replacement.
