Im sorry this did not arrive by Friday. It was posted 2nd class on Tuesday which is the postage service you paid for and should have been with you Thursday/ Friday at the latest. It was at your local delivery office on Friday so I have no idea why it did not get delivered to you until Monday

The item I received was not the same as the photo. I’ve decided to keep it as the quality is ok & it’s been personalised. I just feel that you should supply the same item as the photos. It’s rather misleading.
