This is a seller who needs to be sanctioned. The sleeves of the sweater were incorrectly described with misleading copy and photos. BEWARE !The seller will block you if you have a problem and will make you pay return shipping higher than the true ship price. When they agreed to a refund they renegged only giving me half of what they stated. I spent near to $1000 and 4 of 5 items sold had misleading photos or ommitted key flaws in the descriptions. They didn't honor their word and penalized me.

We have proof that we agreed upon a $50 refund on the dress the buyer kept. It is eBays return policy that the buyer pays for returns on items that are returned for didn't fit, didn't like etc. We sent complete refunds as soon as the items were returned. Each one was in a separate package which is totally unnecessary as they were all going to the same location. We are sorry that it came to this, but when a buyers lies in their feedback we are not interested in doing business with them anymore.

Warning! The seller did not show that there were black marks on more than just the collar of this item - I like(d) the shop and bought a few things - This seller does not show the flaws of the items in the photos - they say it in words and show incomplete photos that mask or mislead you - once you get the item you find surprises then they penalize you by: not refunding entirely, by not communicating, taking the listing down or blocking you. In over 20 years of selling on eBay I have never had such a horrible experience as I have with this buyer. They bought a few items seperately and returned each one seperately which was not neccesary. As I recieved the items I sent a complete refund. The one item they kept I sent a partial refund which they agreed too and then after accepting the refund that was agreed upon said they wanted more. The communication and listings on my end were very clear.
