The Emporium, a brick and mortar antique store, is located in Great Barrington, Mass. The physical store was established over 4 decades ago. We have been involved
for the last 20 years and are now the current owners of this local institution.

The Emporium specializes in Fine and Decorative Arts including Art Glass from the 19th –20th Centuries, antique furniture, paintings, silver, Asian Art and antiques, and estate and
contemporary jewelry. Our extensive collection of Antique Art Glass includes specialties in Loetz, Steuben and other American and European makers. Additionally, our collection includes antique and vintage jewelry, including a wide array of every conceivable form of jewelry. Contemporary jewelry designed by the owners is also featured.

The Waterford crystal bowl was in perfect condition and I could not have been happier to receive it in its original box and very carefully wrapped and shipped! I did have a question about the item which was not answered, but that is the only small 'less than perfect' rating I gave this seller.

Sweet little purse. Seller was easy to work with and promptly responded to questions/offer. I have one issue - shipping cost. While stated up front, there is no way that shipping actually cost 26.50. Item arrived in a U.S.P.S. small shipping box. It was nicely wrapped it what I would call “artist’s paper.” Totally fine. However, The shipping cost charged (imo) was exorbitant. In comparison to other sellers of the same type of article across the ebay and etsy spectrum? No, just no.

Thank you for your purchase and stating that the shipping costs were explained up front. Costs have gone up, especially this time of year. Please remember we pay shipping and insurance, loose fees from the stated costs and still have to pay someone to wrap, box, ship and drop off each item. We take care to make sure every item gets there as fast and as safe as possible. Thank you again and sorry if you feel like our costs were too high, yet you got a great discount off the regular market price

Great seller to work with and very responsive. I received these plates beautifully packaged, and when they arrived, they were not quite up to standard, and they immediately gave me a fair partial refund. Will happily purchase again from the seller.
