  Seller states three days to mail item. Posted tracking but took a week to mail it out! Cassette tape sent in a bubble envelope with no cardboard reinforcement so tape got damaged and pressure pad dislodged. Seller asked for photo and I complied. Seller then did nothing to rectify issue. Waste of time!
