  Thanks but I have to say you messed my order up in the first place I received my order in a plastic bag holes in corners where it has been handled it's just a same I didn't received it in a cardboard box same as the medium trays what is the difference in sizes and packaging them in same way

  I ordered two shoe horns, only one arrived. I asked for the second one, but the seller asked me for a photograph of what I had received, this I did, and the seller finally agreed to send me the second one that I had ordered and paid for. Nothing arrived in a week, so I asked for a refund, which the seller agreed to and then said that he had sent it. I have not received the refund.
