    I ordered two phone cases which were described as the ultra thin clear, but I actually received the bumper shock cases. I emailed the seller and he resolved very quickly and sent a partial refund. So although not what I ordered the seller did sort it out. I also recognise that this is a first world problem, so not too upset in the big scheme of things.
