Didn't arrive has description stated , the pixel 7 pro , had scratches on the rear visor and screen, it was no a like new device in anyway, positive experience was seller accepted return immediately and refunded as soon as they received it, but I would not purchase again based on the phone just be packaged in a thin box with no padding and this obviously caused it to be thrown around when in transit , I had a negative experience but gave a positive rating based on refund being processed fast.
