  Product exactly as described but delivery was less than efficient. Garden Partner use ParceltoGo to 'keep costs down'. I received numerous emails from them regarding delivery, all contradictory, misleading or plain inaccurate which eventually occurred late. Garden Partner need to consider their choice of courier more carefully or the delivery process will start to affect their good reputation.

  Very unfair to give negative feedback when free delivery by courier is out of our control. In your case the tracking information was misleading but your item was delivered with minimal delay. With all our items there is an option to upgrade to next day delivery at extra cost! 99.9% of our customers are satisfied with the overall service provided by Parcel2Go.
