    The item was missing from the plastic envelope when delivered and was repackaged by royal mail with a warning that it might be missing . Despite messages and photos sent to the seller there was no response or communication so I had to as eBay to step in and they refunded me . I am leaving this neutral feedback because of the complete lack of communication or any response from the seller rather than the fact the item being not in the packet . It’s a shame I hate leaving bad feedback.
