WHAT A FOOL WAS I. It took two messages and ebay involvement to get the item dispatched. Tracking then showed item was at a local UPS delivery depot, where it stayed. Ebay involvement again prompted seller to confirm tracking was not working and the item had actually been lost. Full refund offered but never received. 4 weeks in and ebay involved again. ATROCIOUS
