Lovely coat but seller had missed a large mark on sleeve. Communication was excellent and money deducted from sale. Not sellers fault but parcel arrived late due to Easter but also no postage on parcel (anybodies guess how that happened)! and so had to collect and pay. Again communication excellent and money refunded. Seller was very genuine and apologetic, she was very prompt in every way, including money refund so can't give anything but a good review. So would definitely buy again from her.
