    Overall good experience. The item packaging was slightly damaged in shipping. The shipping carton was smashed and damaged so the product packaging did sustain a dent and crease. This was no fault of the seller, but disappointing overall. Aside from the shipping issue the item was as described and in good condition when originally shipped. I would purchase from this seller again, but ask that they take extra steps to ensure actual item is secured to prevent shipping damage.

    Ordered 4 weeks ago and still not dispatched when I messaged to say hadn’t turned up they gave a refund and cancelled order and it was a birthday present for my daughter who is very upset. Don’t bother with these they should be banned and ashamed of themselves. Especially when they replied that they can’t travel to post office too often to post things, if you can’t be bothered don’t sell things. 😡😡😡😡😡
