Contacted the seller to fix situation. Seller said he would send the drops. Still not received any item, and my ear is still blocked. Really not happy with this level of service. I found one which offered next day delivery. However EBAY advised the order could not be cancelled as it was in transit and the order arrived next day . Why advise customers a 10 day delivery but supply the goods next day ?????
