  I ordered a Babyliss flati iron U styler they sent me different one. They admitted they sent the wrong one and instead of letting me send the one back and they send the correct one. The offered a 25% discount off what they sent. I said either send the one I ordered or do a refund. I don't believe they had the one I ordered and did bate and switch. It took over 3 weeks to get this mess straightened out. They had the original flat iron back for over a week before I got a refund
