    Advert gave the impression the boots were custom made in UK. They are not. Was very patient with seller and tried to be understanding. Had to chase customer at every occasion for an update. Kept being promised "it was in the next delivery" but never got them. Providing a neutral as I asked for a refund and got my money back. Perhaps others will be more successful with this seller.

    Mark is a trully perfectionist artist, his display of items shows a man with great passion for providing authenticity in products. I love the guy. The quality is without doubt the best you can ever get. But I had to cancel my order of a jacket because having to wait 2 months and then another week to ship (after waiting 6 weeks)to have it made seemed an eternity. I would be back if he can speed up the process of making the products to at least a month including shipping Best regards
