  Ordered other item from same company which arrived not as pictured so complained for false advertising then when I asked when was the curtains arriving as the stated was dispatched they said to leave positive feedback on other item first , so was forced into that then to be told my curtains was lost and they would resend as a “goodwill gesture” paying £60 for this item so was not cheap, goodwill gesture lol shocking company…. Would not recommend them at all.

  Scammer alert! This buyer demanded a 20% refund on an accurately described item. After receiving the discount, we confirmed with the courier that the curtains were misplaced and promptly dispatched a replacement exclusively for them. This is a blatant attempt to manipulate us for discounts and free items. Our commitment to excellent service remains strong, but this feedback is entirely false and unfair. We advise other sellers to be cautious of this buyer's tactics.

  The situation is as follows. I ordered a bedspread in the Super King size on their website. 2.50*2.75 cm, in fact they sent 2.45*2.45 cm. I wrote to the seller that the product does not match the sizes in the description of my order and either exchange it or issue a return. For three weeks now they have been feeding me with promises that they will issue a return tomorrow, that they will issue a return today, but they have not issued anything.   This is a scam. I ordered two belts and one was sent. Also the one that was sent was shorter than ordered. I gave the seller almost two weeks to correct thus error but I have been ignored. I will be reporting to eBay

The item length matches the description provided, and we take such baseless accusations seriously. Threatening us with negative feedback for a refund is against eBay policies, and we will not tolerate false claims.
