    Item never arrived and tracking for item never worked. Responded to enquiry about item simply by saying that nothing could be done until a certain date and even then, no follow up to advise that the item had indeed gone missing. EBay intervened with purchase guarantee which provided prompt refund. Company needs to improve communication regarding orders, especially if they go wrong!
