  Watch failed to work the 1st day I wore it. My only choice was to give the seller a negative feedback but the next morning I was contacted and was asked to keep the watch, to receive a refund for my payment and to receive a 20% discount on a future purchase. The proposition seemed satisfiable to me and we agreed on the deal. I recommend doing business with this seller because they promptly resolved my issue as the note in the shipping package stated.   I Bought a watch from and when I got it it needed a battery so I reached out to the seller and they gladly exchanged it for me I understand errors happened but it was nice of them to make it right and even grant me a discount for the mishap. Yes I would trust buying from this seller again. A+++

  We sincerely apologize. There was a severe storm in florida and we had to shut down the office for a couple of days, power was out. We are handling this promptly now that we are back.
