  Such a positive experience with this Seller, even though the transaction didn’t go as either of us had hoped. I purchased a Stella & Dot necklace, and while a tracking number was issued, the package unfortunately stalled. The Seller took the initiative to go to the post office and follow up on the shipment multiple times. When it still didn’t progress, the Seller promptly issued a full refund—without me even having to ask. Sometimes delivery issues are out of everyone’s control.
