It was a constant battle of sending ridiculous amounts of photos before they would do anything. No instructions in the boxes & they still asked me to list what was missing. I couldn’t list it as I didn’t have the instructions after I told them there wasn’t any. The boxes were all battered on arrival. When I email them they choose to ignore me for ages. Rusty poles were also sent. I’m disgusted!
