I will start by saying that I am satisfied with item description, packaging, & condition. However, I am less than impressed with my experience. Listing says 'usually ships in 3 business days.' Not accurate. I purchased on 10/19. I received no updates on order, even when I tried to ask for one on 10/25 (see photo). Label created on 10/26; still no communication. Then, package wasn't actually delivered to post office until 10/28 & received on 11/2. Ignored communication; not a great experience.

Do Not Buy From this seller! Never shipped out my item! I purchased the item on March 8th & I had to message the Seller twice Fist time on March 14th & another on March 21st & no reply at all. On April 2nd I had to get ebay involved to get my refund which I barely got April 9th.
