About us

-Most models are sent in Large Letter mailing boxes. Transfers/decals are sent in envelopes (with a backer board). Larger items are sent in larger boxes. Heavy flat items like game boards or books are sent wrapped in stiff cardboard to reduce the chance of bending. Thin booklets may be sent in standard A4 envelopes. Plastic model parts are NOT sent in envelopes.
-The focus is on your items not being crushed or bent easily.
-Where postage is charged separately, it is based on the base cost of royal mail postage + packaging costs.
-Shipping days are Monday-Friday and if you order before 5pm you can expect dispatch the next working day 99% of the time.
-Orders over £20 are sent using a tracked service.
-If there are any problems, contact us and we will resolve it.
-Feedback is done weekly after items are sent. We stopped doing auto-feedback due to the amount of users purchasing and cancelling within a minute. We are not waiting for you to give feedback before giving you feedback.
