    The seller gave good customer service, good communication, quick delivery. I ordered a 9ct gold locket , to give as a special gift. When it arrived and I opened the package and took item out I realised the chain was too short, plus the locket was far too tiny. This was due to me not realising this from the sellers description ,NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. The seller was kind enough to give me a refund. Excellent seller. Thankyou. I selected to return my item.
