A quirky little shop that thrives on giving a positive customer experience, regardless of what is being sold.

We sell a wide variety of items - jewellery, bags and gifts and some clothing.

We aim to recycle packaging (bubble wrap and cardboard) wherever possible. If the item comes boxed from the suppliers or gift-bagged (eg some jewellery) then we will supply this but not actually gift wrap as this will allow you to inspect it on delivery, before you present it to your friend/family.

    I can’t emphasise enough the amazing customer service I received when purchasing from this seller. They promptly responded to messages, added a new delivery option to meet my requirements and even re-arranged the postage after I supplied the wrong address! Despite the tight deadline the item arrived looking amazing in special packaging that they added without me asking. Thank you for your help. Definitely would use again.

    Lovely item but rubbish customer service. Seller is very good at ignoring messages, replying to comments with fibs about explanations and supposed multiple refunds that don t exist. Good at deflecting too making the buyer look in the wrong. You combined my postage after I paid £10.60 for P&P then refunded £3.56. The parcel I received did not cost £7.04 to send, as explained to Ebay, I merely asked for the difference, not the full amount that you have put. Not bullying at all.

    You have now received £11.02 in refunds. You paid £10.60 in postage. Now you want to return an item you were originally happy with and want me to pay for the return postage. No messages have been ignored. And I am at a loss to see what else you want from me? I have apologised for making a mistake - I am not infallible.
