    Absolutely terrible! Ordered last year and was happy so ordered again and what they sent me was a drawstring plastic bag. Contacted the seller and was told it's exactly like the photo and would be a sack once filled! As a gesture if goodwill refund 30%. Once I said I would escalate to Ebay because they are misrepresent their product was offered a full refund which I havnt received. Complete scam!!

    Buyer was asked to return the product for a refund, this has not been done as to date the buyers attitude came across as they wanted a free item and refund, they purchased two different items over a year apart and tried to compare them. If the buyer had returned the product we would have refunded them. We always strive to make customers happy, but can not please disingenuous buyers, who instantly opt for abusive messages.
