I asked for my daughter's name, and told the seller, when it arrived, that I didn't like it because one letter of her name didn't appear, it was stuck to another and I simply couldn't see the letter. she ignored me. bad seller. I don't recommend it, there are many others with the same value and service.

Sadly royal mail let me down again and the cake topper did not arrive., however this seller has been exemplary and offered me a replacement or refund immediately. I asked for a refund and was given it straight away without any trouble. This is the mark of a great seller and i would be happy to use these guys again just not Royal mail ever again.
