    very well packaged and sent quickly, items as described - usual excellant service from seller. However Royal Mail damaged the parcel and returned it to KR, who quickly sent out another set of materials, upgraded postage to tracked etc at no cost to me. However again Royal Mail did not provide me with any tracking details and took six (6) DAYS to finally deliver the parcel, KR have done everything in their power but the Royal Mail really messed this order up.

    Great trays, I got the last 2 blue ones and one of the new grey ones - I prefer the softer blue foam, shame it’s been discontinued. Parcel got returned to sender but great communication from KR and they sent them back out 1st class. Thanks!
