    Ordered & paid for Large size item but received a TINY item marked, 'XS'. When I contacted seller, they told me: 'I would ignore that sticker, they’re not XS'. Forget about a simple, 'Oh dear, not sure what happened, let's try and rectify things, would you like me to send you the Large size that you paid for?' Instead, seller kept trying to get item back but no mention of sending me what I'd paid for. I was treated like a fool & accused of being rude & getting upset for 'no reason'.

    Sorry you were disappointed. I apologised for the genuine packing error and explained that I had no more in stock to send. A return was needed for a refund, and I offered to arrange collection to help, but this was declined multiple times. The XS sticker was a labeling mix-up I explained to be transparent, not dismissive. I always aim to be respectful and fair—sorry we couldn’t resolve this more positively.
