  I ordered 4 more mugs after the first 2 that I purchased, they arrived in good time, unfortunately one of the mugs was broken, they were well wrapped in bubble wrap, I don’t know what happened to this at the post office.. I contacted the seller, she was very understanding and said she would send me out a replacement, I did send a photo of the broken mug.. how good is that that she would replace as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this company.. Excellent quality & a great service..
