  Absolutely terrible experience. Horrible communication. Had to threaten to report the profile for my item to be shipped 20 days after purchase. Received item and it was poorly packaged so arrived broken. Messaged seller and have not received a response. Was told I was getting a refund no matter what and now the seller isn’t responding after promising to keep an eye on tracking. Communication is key. BEWARE

  Sent me the wrong item, said I would get a return label to send it back and get my correct item, then completely stopped responding. I asked for an update and none was given. I did get a refund after several messages. I’m really disappointed. I was replacing a broken lamp from a family member and was so excited to find the exact item. I don’t recommend.
