Seller was responsive to problem and an equally minor refund was granted. Shipping: transparent & efficient, therefore positive. Packaging: risky - Bubblewrap for a book like this seems not enough for me, but luckily, no further damage occured. Value: to complete a (Eugene Burger) collection, one has to pay --will buy again--
