    The item is actually fine and ive bought multiple of them. This most recent order though hasn't turned up even though I've had a 'delivered' notification. The sellers response when I asked if they could check the deliver details with Royal mail... 'Best would be if you can check with the local collection office near you and not the post office.' That's terrible advice and terrible customer service!
