Arrived today, but delivery was by(N)EVRI (ex Hermes) who are the single most useless and incompetent parcel company. They appear to use freelancers who use their own private vehicles. I live on the third floor of a block of flats and instead of putting this small envelope through the letterbox it was just chucked on a step half way up the second flight of stairs! I assume Parce2Go are like a broker? Please don't use EVRI, for this tiny pakage Royal Mail would have been better.
