    Tracy must be the nicest and most conscientious seller I’ve ever encountered in decades on eBay. (I started a new account a while back, but I’ve made plenty of purchases since the mid-Nineties.) The Postal Service mishandled and rerouted the package through no fault of the seller’s and yet she was with me every step of the way to help out.
