  I purchased a lens that was defective. The vendor was not aware that the lens was defective when shipped, but refunded all my costs (including shipping) after a review of the situation. What more could one ask of a vendor? I would have no problems purchasing from this vendor again. Refund was prompt. And the communication was quick and courteous.

  Packaging 11 out of 10: have never seen anything better to guarantee a safe arrival of a lens. In beautiful condition and as described. Good value for the money. Shipping could be faster, but I’ll take safer over fast anytime.
